What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a product manager to join our support team. Here you will be spending time with clients & the SimpleCitizen & Fragomen teams that are using the SimpleCitizen case management platform. Your primary responsibilities are to evaluate support & enhancement requests, identify the top priority issues that are blocking our customers & internal teams & prioritize the work to address them. This work will significantly impact the overall business by improving the efficiency of our support process while reducing operational costs & improving the customer experience. As the main point of contact, you will own the communication process back to requestors to keep them apprised of the progress that is being made. You will play a critical role in understanding the needs of the business & strengthening the relationship between product development & business stakeholders.

  • Able to work independently combined with strong collaboration skills

Previous experience designing for legal technology or other complicated user workflows is a plus, but not a requirement.
