What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a full-time Office Experience Coordinator whose primary responsibility will be to oversee the life-changing work of assuring that immigration paperwork is printed, packaged, assembled, & shipped timely & correctly.
In this position you will be a key touchpoint of our customer success team. Prioritizing & monitoring the shipment of this important paperwork requires someone who is detail-oriented & able to understand the importance of all applications being perfectly assembled.
In addition, you will be our office touchpoint for creating an invigorating & innovative in-office experience. This includes various people-centered & office space-centered responsibilities such as event planning, organizing lunches, ensuring that the office is stocked with supplies, & packaging/assembling new employee welcome boxes, just to name a few.
As the go-to for in-office experience, this role holds potential for innovation & adaptation. We are looking for someone who is willing to problem solve & look for gaps in the office experience & customer success experience in order to enhance & simultaneously improve work for employees inside & outside of the office.
Responsibilities
- Printing, assembling, packaging, & shipping life-changing immigration applications daily (about 4 hours per day/20 hours per week)
- Keeping the office stocked with supplies & other necessary items to ensure an amazing experience for employees & customers
- Innovating & problem-solving to gain empathy for in-office & out-of-office employees, as well as customers, in order to provide the best SimpleCitizen experience from your position
- Improving the in-office experience w/ the assistance of the PeopleOperations team (holidays, birthdays, Fridays, Mondays, lunches, events, etc.)
- Assembling, packaging, & shipping new employee welcome boxes for each new employee
