What we’re looking for

We're looking for a qualified account manager to oversee & address the technical needs of legal case teams. You will provide accurate, professional service before & after the point of adoption, ensuring case team satisfaction.

As a CTAA, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details & requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven & aspire to reach clear goals.

Ultimately, you'll be tasked with providing technical, product, & business knowledge to support the case team & strengthen software adoption & retention.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for case teams during pre-adoption & post-implementation efforts
  • Address all software-related queries on time
  • Train case teams to use products successfully
  • Give stakeholders case team feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Report on product performance
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Analyze case team needs & recommend adoption techniques for improvement
  • Communicate with the Operations department on any risk for attrition
  • Drive best practices

Requirements

  • Some work experience as an account manager
  • Solid technical background with hands-on expertise in digital technologies
  • Ability to learn new technology quickly
  • The ability to understand customers’ needs & suggest timely solutions
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
