What we’re looking for

We're looking for a qualified account manager to oversee & address the technical needs of legal case teams. You will provide accurate, professional service before & after the point of adoption, ensuring case team satisfaction.

As a CTAA, you should be a tech-savvy professional, able to explain technical details & requirements to a non-technical audience. You should also be results-driven & aspire to reach clear goals.

Ultimately, you'll be tasked with providing technical, product, & business knowledge to support the case team & strengthen software adoption & retention.

Responsibilities

Provide support for case teams during pre-adoption & post-implementation efforts
Address all software-related queries on time
Train case teams to use products successfully
Give stakeholders case team feedback to help identify potential new features or products
Report on product performance
Identify solutions to reduce support costs
Analyze case team needs & recommend adoption techniques for improvement
Communicate with the Operations department on any risk for attrition
Drive best practices

Requirements

Some work experience as an account manager
Solid technical background with hands-on expertise in digital technologies
Ability to learn new technology quickly
The ability to understand customers’ needs & suggest timely solutions
Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
