I want to thank SimpleCitizen for all their help throughout our process. They made it so much easier, and thanks to their assistance, they alleviated the fears most of us have about hearing inaccurate or poorly presented information. Thank you so much to SimpleCitizen! Our process took exactly four months, and this was partly thanks to their organization and the recommendations they gave us when reviewing our documents. With them, the process was less stressful and even a little fun. Many thanks to Mark and Diana for their explanations. I recommend them 100%. All our questions were answered. The chat service was also active, and any doubts were resolved within a reasonable timeframe. This message is for you: if you've found them and are hesitant to start this process, I'm sharing my experience and recommendation so you don't hesitate to work with them. Their team will help you as they helped me, and God willing, your process will go well! By following their guidance and recommendations, everything will be fine! Thank you so much, SimpleCitizen team. See you soon!🙏🏽🙏🏽

SimpleCitizen made my entire immigration process unbelievably smooth.

I had been overwhelmed trying to figure everything out on my own, and SimpleCitizen took all the stress off my shoulders. Their platform is super easy to use, everything is clearly explained, and every step feels guided. The team was responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about getting things right.

With their help, my case was approved in about 15 months and I felt supported the whole way through. I’m truly grateful because they turned something complicated into something manageable and stress-free. Highly recommend to anyone going through immigration paperwork.

I want to note that we just mailed our application so this review is solely for the process thus far (will update at the end of it all!)
However, simple citizen so far has been fantastic. Anyone who’s taking the time to see these reviews likely knows how stressful immigration paperwork is and how expensive lawyers are. My husband and I just worked with simple citizen for the green card application and SC made everything as painless as possible. The platform learning curve was not too difficult and it all made much more sense to fill out with a nice UI than to stare at government forms not knowing what to do. Their team was super responsive and really took time to answer the questions in relation to our specific case. We also got the package with lawyer appointments included and they really did answer our questions and made sure we fixed anything that would pose issues after submitting. Once we got the printed application too, the box was so well done with a very well put together application. We would ask questions online when we were about to ship later to see that oh, SC already did that for us. They really keep everything updated for every requirement change happening with USCIS and they are fast but accurate. This process is scary and stressful and for us not only did it save us money and time but it allowed us to keep our relationship at the focus and enjoy being newlyweds rather than have all our focus on the what ifs of the application process. Thank you SC!!

Simple Citizen was recommended by a colleague, and I would also recommend it to anybody I know who's going through this process. The team caught a few mistakes from my end and the availability of legal counsel also clarified some confusing parts on all of the forms we had to fill out. It took about a month and a half of communication since we started the process until I got my fully printed package at my door and sent it out. Wouldn't have been able to do it so perfectly if not for the team at Simple Citizen!!

Update: i have already received my permanent resident card! Timeline was as follows: started the process with Simple Citizen on June 20th, sent the package to USCIS in August 19th, Sept. 9th I received my interview appointment date for October 14th, Permanent Residency was approved on October 15th, got my card in the mail on October 25th.

Simple Citizen makes the process of applying for a green card super easy. They really do "simplify" and explain all forms to be submitted. I worked on the application coming home from work and any questions i had were answered by the next day. It took about 3 months from the time we submitted everything to approval of green card. Easily recommend to anyone, best part of all is how much we saved compared to a lawyer. Thanks Simple Citizen!

Our experience with SimpleCitizen **far exceeded any expectations.**

Initially, we wanted to file ourselves, but spoke to a lawyer just to see what the benefit would be. We quickly learned that hiring a lawyer was beyond our budget, but filing on our own started to feel... risky. What if we did something wrong? What if we forgot something important? What if we said (or didn't say) something that would ruin our chances?

We're very organized, capable, and thorough people, but we really wanted that second set of professional eyes—especially from people who are deeply experienced with this process. I stumbled on the recommendation for SimpleCitizen in a Reddit post, and never looked back.

Everything has been exceptional. Signing up was easy, and the customer service is clear, prompt, kind, and they clearly know what they're doing. The platform itself is easy to use. Our assigned lawyer is also FANTASTIC! So clearly at the top of his game, but also great with people. He helped us understand what we needed to do to make this process run as smoothly as possible, and gave us the background for why things needed to be done a certain way (I usually need to know why a rule exists in order to follow it to a 'T'). And all of the process tracking, plus providing the box with the final package to send off with all of the instructions—just excellent.

Looking back, it was such the right decision, and I'd make it again over and over. I'm super grateful. Now, it's a waiting game.

Good luck to everyone out there! Thank you, SimpleCitizen!

  • How does SimpleCitizen work?
  • After you complete the eligibility quiz and sign up for your SimpleCitizen account, you will officially start your journey with us by filling out your SimpleCitizen questionnaire - which collects all the information needed to fill out your USCIS forms. Throughout the questionnaire, you will be asked to upload certain documents that help support your application and prove your eligibility for the immigration benefit you are requesting from USCIS. SimpleCitizen will also translate any government-issued documents that are required by USCIS for you. Once your questionnaire is complete and your supporting documents have been uploaded and translated, you will submit your application for review by an independent licensed immigration attorney. The average wait time for attorney reviews is 5-10 business days. After the attorney completes their legal review, you will then be assigned to a case manager who will share the attorney’s feedback and easy-to-follow instructions on how to improve your application using the tools available with your SimpleCitizen account. Once you have made the requested changes, you will carefully review a PDF version of your compiled application and approve it for finalization. Depending on your package tier, we can even ship the entire application to your home or a FedEx office for pickup. You will just need to sign your forms, include your applicable USCIS fees, passport-sized photos (if required), and mail the package to USCIS following the detailed instructions we have included in your package.Read More

  • How do I know if I can use SimpleCitizen and am eligible to apply for immigration benefits?
  • We get it. Determining whether you are eligible for an immigration benefit can be very difficult for some people. That’s why we’ve created our eligibility quiz. By answering just a few questions, our software can help you figure out which immigration benefits you might qualify for on your own. After you determine your eligibility, you can get started on your selected application type. Contact our live chat for support if you have questions as you go through the quiz. We’d be happy to assist you!
  • I’m trying to decide between your Essentials, Enhanced, and Professional packages. How can I choose which package is best for me?
  • If you’re looking for a streamlined approach to preparing your application, but still want the peace of mind only an attorney review of your documents can provide, then our Essentials package offers just what you're looking for. However, if speaking directly with an immigration attorney about your situation is something you think you need to feel confident about your immigration journey, consider our Enhanced or Professional packages. If you need advice about your situation, are nervous about the interview, or just want the opportunity to sit down and talk with an immigration attorney and your options, we recommend signing up for the Professional package. While there are a lot of similarities between the Enhanced and Professional packages, the Professional package is unique in that it includes a total of three attorney consultations. While the Enhanced package offers the best value, the Professional package provides the greatest level of support. Please note: SimpleCitizen is not a law firm. We provide access to attorney support through our network of independent immigration attorneys not employed by SimpleCitizen.
  • Who will be reviewing my application?
  • SimpleCitizen partners with a network of independent immigration attorneys who review all of the applications generated by SimpleCitizen customers. Immigration attorney legal reviews usually include recommendations about making an application more accurate and complete while providing legal advice tailored to your situation. This helps make sure you are putting your best foot forward and can more successfully navigate submitting your application to USCIS.
  • How long does it take to have the application finalized and ready to send to USCIS?
  • A lot of the process timeline depends on how quickly you work through your application, provide your documents and submit for review and feedback. On average it takes approximately 2 weeks from start to finish. Some people complete everything super fast, some people take longer. Here at SimpleCitizen, we work hard to get you the feedback on your application as quickly as possible. Application reviews are completed in the order they are received, and the average turnaround time is approximately 5-10 business days. As soon as the feedback on your application is ready, you will be assigned a SimpleCitizen case manager who will share this feedback with you and guide you through the rest of the process. Once you have implemented the feedback provided, depending on the package you purchased, we will either send you a final PDF or we will ship the entire application to your address or a pickup location of your choice, ready to sign and send off to USCIS.
