The service is really good and easy to use, and the people who work with them have been very helpful even after I submitted the application. I'm so glad I found out about it. the only tough part is the pricing, which could be cheaper. The whole immigration process is extremely expensive, which means low-income people are at a disadvantage even when trying to improve their lives... It would be great to see a discount for people of low income backgrounds. Thanks!

This website is so amazing. They simplify the whole process in such a good way. They help you with each and every step. They literally mail you the whole application ready made to be sent to USCIS. It's like being Spoonfed honestly.
Any questions and stuff I was hesitant about, my case handler Ketsia did a wonderful job. She responds Soo quick and helped me alot. Even when I asked her the dumbest and most obvious questions, she was very kind enough to respond right away and clarify everything. Ketsia definitely needs a Raise, as she is a wonderful person to work with.
