Overview of the SimpleCitizen Satisfaction Guarantee

Our commitment to accuracy is reflected in our 100% satisfaction guarantee! Your application comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason your application is denied by USCIS, we’ll refund you 100% your money back AND in certain situations pay the government fees.

We can't guarantee specific legal results when you use our products or services. For example, a marriage based green card application might be filled out correctly and the applicant may be eligible for immigration benefits but still get denied by USCIS for reasons outside of our control. We can only refund our fees for issues we are responsible for.

Rest assured we will be by your side every step of the way until a decision is made on your application - and if you're not satisfied we'll refund 100% of your SimpleCitizen service fees. Additionally, because we believe in supporting our customers and immigrants everywhere, if your application is denied as a result of a SimpleCitizen error we will reimburse you for the USCIS fees you paid, up to $3,000 depending on the application type.

Note, SimpleCitizen partners with immigration attorneys for the review of your application, but is self-service and applicants may choose how to implement attorney suggestions. Any denial due to a decision to not follow attorney suggestions is not covered by this 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In addition, if a client chooses to respond to requests from USCIS without SimpleCitizen’s help and is denied they are not covered by this 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We will review your request and ensure that you get the refund you are entitled.
